We are an innovative and growing company specializing in surface preparation and coating, with a focus on hand blasting and powder coating. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Powder Coater / Painter to assist in refining high-quality products.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of surfaces (cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treatment of workpieces)
• Performing powder coating and painting according to specifications
• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining coating systems
• Checking surface quality and performing touch-ups
• Documenting work steps and checking material stocks
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations

Your Profile

• Career changers are welcome
• Professional experience in powder coating, painting, or surface finishing is an advantage
• Knowledge in operating coating systems and related tools
• Careful and independent working style
• High attention to quality and structured approach
• Team player, reliability, and willingness to work in shifts (if required)
